As you can see on the recently sold page, we sometimes sell a "shell" - a building with no windows, electric, plumbing, etc.. There is a real knack to making certain that all parties involved in the sale of these buildings stays focused,
until the deal is over. We have that experience.

All of our clients [and if you'ld like references, let us know] have done spendid jobs with the properties they have purchased, but the one that has achieved the most notariety to date has been the shell which we sold in 2001 on 118th street.
It was featured in the NY Times Real Estate section, October 15th, 2001,
featured in Trish Halls weekly "Habitats"column .

With permission of the owners, below are some of the before and after images of the property.

It's a lot of work, as you can see....and not everyone is cut out to make the step from a shell to a home.
Harlem is a neighborhood in transition...with people like this client moving into Harlem, for it's diversity, culture, history, charm, and people.
My clients also end up with something that most other people in Manhattan dream of, but never achieve....affordable space.
And let me tell you one more thing...it may not be as affordable now as it was five years ago, but like a painting,
you don't buy it because it will be worth more tomorrow...you buy it because you love it.

Please call us or e-mail if we can find your dream house in Manhattan a reality......Thanks for visiting the web site!
